Each piece of iceberg ice is individually packaged to protect its natural purity and hand-carved form. The white box includes a tear-away tab that separates it into two hemicubes: Remove the the top half and the ice rests neatly on its own tray.
To transfer to glassware, we recommend firmly grasping the tray so the ice within is securely gripped, and attentively inverting the cube over an empty glass, then gently releasing just above the base of the glass. If required, tilt the glass so the ice can gently descend the side to the base. Alternately, use serrated ice tongs to firmly grip the ice, remove it from its tray, and carefully convey it to awaiting glassware. Both methods require no direct finger contact with the ice, preserving its purity. Take time and care with these processes to avoid accidental damage to the ice.
Always place ice into a clean, empty glass, and pour your beverage over it (rather than adding ice to awaiting liquid). For optimal chilling and minimal dilution, we suggest filling your glass to the level of ice whenever feasible.
